Hey girls,
Could really use a hug.
Having a bad couple of days.

PMS has started and I am very emotional. I cry at the drop of a hat.
Think about old relationships that failed, especially my last one.
Just at a very low point right now, which I always do this time of month.

Couldn't sleep last night, my arms hurt so bad and every which way I tried to lay I hurt.
Finally took an Ambien around 3AM to get some sleep.

I did go for my walk last night and will get out later this evening to get my walk in today.

I guess I just needed some hugs.

Here's a big hug for you, Maria!! (((((((((((( )))))))))))) Have fun walking. I'm taking one too, even though my body is rebelling. Get a good sleep tonight.

Awwww, Maria. :( You poor pumpkin! ((((((( Maria )))))))

Consider yourself hugged from me, too.

Hope you're starting to feel a little better. Keep reminding yourself that this will be over. You'll be back to feeling more normal soon. Pamper yourself. And stay away from anything difficult until then. Sometimes I'll watch a silly movie, or cartoon movie, to take my mind off of sad things.

Take good care.

haha Sue, I was wondering the same thing!

Hugs Maria. You hang in there, and gripe at me all you want. I am dreading my upcoming pms because last month I had to be "special" with my pcos and went 2 weeks instead of the typical week. Oh goodness, I just realized I put my shirt on inside out and backwards. I hope that gives you a laugh. I wonder if I went this way to the hospital today. Oh well, if anyone mentions anything I'll pull a "I had a new theory of shirts are hungry at my last meal, I found out it didnt work too well". Hope I got you to smile. Hugssss hon

Thanks CP.

I didn't do a whole lot over the weekend. Ate most of it, so know I need to work off what I ate.
I went walking both saturday and sunday night. Sunday night I walked 2.5 miles instead of 2 and then did my ab pro for a bit. So that was a good thing.

Saturday night I was walking at the track and some boys were playing touch football and who gets hit with the ball????

ME! lol
It was by accident. They were taking a break and off to the side. A couple boys were throwing the ball and forth and of course it slipped out of his hand right as I was walking by. Luckily it was a soft ball. Lol

Sue:
On my very first introduction post I said my name was Maria. :D

I was watching "Next Food Network Star" last night and was even crying watching that.
I took an Ambien when I went to bed and I do feel a bit better today.
Hopefully the day will be a good one.

Thanks for the smile smurfy
I've done the backward shirt /inside thing a time or two myself. lol
along with the two different shoes as well. :D

Thank you Austen.

Hugs coming your way! I wrote this type of post last week. I know how you feel. Take it slow and pamper yourself. I was an emotional mess last week and this weekend. You are a great person and please don't dwell on things from the past. Myself, when I am emotional I tend to overanalyze things and place blame on myself. REmember you are loved and you will meet someone when you least expect it. I did.
Take care of yourself,
Lisa

PS. I am going to talk to the dr about my ups and downs during that time of the month. Maybe it will make me feel better. I also can cry at a drop of the hat but cannot because I don't want to scare the kids.

Thank you Lisa, I really appreciate it.
And thank you for the kind words.
And I know all to well about the crying at the drop of a hat. LOL
See above post. :D

I've talked to my gyno many times and all he wants to do is put me on birth control which we have tried with bad outcome to side affects and being over 40 with the risks, I really don't want to take birth control.
I was hoping I could just get him to take everything out but he refuses.

Usually if I have a crying fit and someone catches, which isn't too often. I can usually make a smart remark and laugh it off so as not to upset them.
I hope you find some comfort in talking with your doctor.
Hugs.

What kind of crafting do you do. I scrapbook and make cards. I find that it is one of my outlets to relax. Keep in touch. My email address is in my stuff if you ever need to talk

Thanks so much Lisa.

I do all kinds of stuff.

I tons of clipart on my computer. I love making over notebooks. Like the kind kids use for school. I personal them with personal pictures and many other things.
I also make cards, but not the scrapbooking kind. I haven't gotten into the scrapping and stamps and all of that.
I don't need another hobby to spend more money. :D
I like making iron tshirts for the kids and making candy wrappers and things like that for weddings.
And I really want to try sewing more. I have a sewing machine but have barely used it.
I just need to find the motivation.
Since my divorce I haven't crafted as much and then my ex boyfriend really discouraged it as it took time away from us. (insert eye roll) lol

I'll get your email and send you some pics of a few things.
Thank you for being so supportive. :D

Maria, I know exactly how you feel! It seems like fibro and PMS really don't mix. Just keep walking and exercising as this helps a lot. Smurfy, I had to laugh when I saw your post. I once wore my shirt inside out and backward to the Y to work out. No one mentioned it, but they had to have noticed it.

Haven't started yet but feeling a bit better. Out of the crying and eating stage.
And the cramps aren't as bad but I know they will come back.
And my b@@bs feel HUGE! I'm a good sized gal anyways and when they feel like this, it's just awful.

Thank you Beckey and welcome to the boards. I'm new myself and love it here.
There are lots of wonderful ladies here.

Thank you Steppingstone and Libby08. :D

Even if I had it all taken out I would still get emotional at times, I am very sensitive and cry easily so it's even worse during that time. lol

Thank you Sheila and Austen.
