Sometimes I swear I am just too weird. idea

I have to soak in the tub a few times a day for a while. It gets a little boring sitting upright in the tub. So...... I brought my crochet sock project in with me. LOL Yeah, I crocheted while soaking. I'm confessing.

Do anything silly lately that you'll confess to?
(can be anything at all you feel is just a little silly - whether on purpose, or by accident!)

Well Ladies;
I think I qualify for this topic. Last night I took an Ambien which didn't kick in right away. I made the mistake of going to the kitchen.
I inhaled an english muffin with peanut putter which I spilled all over the desk & my clothes. I decided to get a glass of milk zoned out and came back to earth only to find an empty glass setting on a hot burner. I really frightened myself with that. Turned off the burner and crashed into the dog's crate & a few walls before I landed in my bed.
I really have to stay in bed when I take Ambien.
Fibromyalgia from a bad car accident.
I was waiting for traffic and someone on a CELL PHONE hit my car at 65MPH and totalled it.
PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Fatigue, Arthritis and other stuff sprinkled in for good measure.

I found this cute, it wasn't silly but sure funny.

I'm a homeschool mom, I was teaching my 5 year old about mammals, I explained all mammals have hair/fur, live babies, drink milk etc. from it's mom.

I explained to him humans are mammals, he goes I'm a mammal.

I said yes, he goes did I drink milk from you. Right about then I was thinking this isn't the way I wanted the conversation to go but I answered yes.

He goes......did I push a button and the milk come out, lol.

I answered, yeah something like that. That is gonna be one of my favorite memories.

This is not by any means the first time that I have done this. Yesterday, I started to make a pot of coffee in our coffee maker. I poured in the water, but forgot to add the coffee grounds. I ended up with a pot of hot water.

you are all silly! Thanks for the laughs.

Let's see, a couple of days ago I needed my glasses to thread a bobbin. So I got the glasses, held them in my teeth and tried to thread the bobbin! Still couldn't see the dang thing!

One time I had low blood sugar and I went about cooking food. Lesson learned: always keep premade food around and don't cook with low blood sugar. Because you will be a dork and be waiting at the stove for the food to heat up in the sauce pan and smell smoke but the saucepan is still cold. Well, the cat food that I forgot to put away that I just got from the grocery store is another story. Thankfully, I noticed the smoke before a fire hit. I find it funny now, but now keep premade stuff around.

And recently, I wasn't thinking a thing of it. I took to wearing a wig because my hair is growing back in--with cowlicks. Anyhow I was with a friend and we went out to eat. I get up and go use the restroom. A lady walks in whilst I'm playing with my wig. She keeps looking at me and looking at me and finally says "Your hair looks a little too loose" and I looked at her and said "it tends to be loose, after all it is a wig" then we both laughed and she apologized, and I said "What for? You didn't know." It turned out we had an entire conversation about chemotherapy and how her husband was going through it as well as I. Even funnier, it was the manager of the restraunt. I'm probably her most rememorable customer.

Another thing with this wig. I wasn't thinking anything about the wig, just started playing with it while my friend was driving us somewhere. Anyhow at one point I just plucked my wig off and I happened to have the window down and heard someone on my side saying "what the h" (well its a four lettered word that probably shouldnt be said on forums) and I looked over and saw the car next to us with this cute guy just staring at me. So I put the wig on and smiled then took it off again. We rolled up our windows, sped up and died laughing. I didnt realize pulling your wig off could distract drivers around me so I try to keep my hair on now lol

I fell asleep STANDING UP in the kitchen, my arms on the counter, my head on my arms. LOL

My husband no longer lets me cook meals since I forget ALL sorts of fun things. I really kind of miss it too...the baking. The nice smell of pumpkin bread, snickerdoodles, homemade cakes and pancakes.

Ahhh, and something incredibly silly. I feel asleep at work after an 8 hour day at the circulation desk. This poor woman comes up to me and I kinda wake up but not enough to work well and I check her books out to her. She mentioned me as a drunk maybe a couple days later. It made my coworkers laugh pretty well. The fog was so bad I couldn't focus well enough to check ALL her books out to her. She came back to check out the other book that I'd supposedly checked out to her but I apparently hadn't.

While camping, I lost my cell phone at the camp site. My husband and I were looking for it because I tend to leave things, or drop things in odd places. My husband called my phone with his and we hear our daughters voice. She had the phone in her pocket and was on the other side of the camp site (which is small and safe). She was wondering how we could call her.
