You know how I'm always pushing relaxation therapy...deep breathing and
meditation...Well anyway, last night I googled relaxation on You Tube and clicked
on relaxation hypnotherapy. I did this a half a hour before I went to bed and had
the best sleep I've had in ages. To do this you need about 10 minutes of quiet
time alone.

I was really hurting before I did this and was going to take a muscle relaxer
but didn't need one after listening to this guy guide me through deep relaxation.
It might not be for everyone, but I found it to be great and know I will use this
form of relaxation again.

Hey Robin, do you have a link to it? I'd love to try it.

There is a hypnotherapy program for ibs that I've wanted to try - but lack cash. The sampler they provide on line, however short, is very soothing. I used to see a psychologist after a car accident for PTSD - and he did hypnotherapy with me in the office - it was MARVELOUS - he even recorded a cassette tape for me for relaxing to sleep which I need to dig out of my junk box.

Glad you found something helpful.
Why my username? It is real life nickname. I love chickens. Will have my flock of hens one day! :D .............. DX'd with Fibromyalgia, chronic hives, sensitivities and allergies, and IBS. Not sure what else!
