meditation...Well anyway, last night I googled relaxation on You Tube and clicked
on relaxation hypnotherapy. I did this a half a hour before I went to bed and had
the best sleep I've had in ages. To do this you need about 10 minutes of quiet
I was really hurting before I did this and was going to take a muscle relaxer
but didn't need one after listening to this guy guide me through deep relaxation.
It might not be for everyone, but I found it to be great and know I will use this
form of relaxation again.
