So, I'm in the bathroom, and it pops into my head that a doctor was telling me today, or recently,  that he could hear my heartbeat AND my guts rumbling....that's a good sign, I guess.  Wait, I didn't go to the doctor today.  Hmmm - oh yeah, it wasn't me, it was my cat, who I took to the vet today.  I'm always getting myself mixed up with others -  turn

Aww! LOL Well you're in good company here. I read a note I'd scribbled when I was talking to my mom's doc about her health and looked at it yesterday and thought, "Was that about me?" *hugs* We're tired - and way over stressed. It is amazing that your cat and my fish aren't speaking to us by now!
Why my username? It is real life nickname. I love chickens. Will have my flock of hens one day! :D .............. DX'd with Fibromyalgia, chronic hives, sensitivities and allergies, migraines with auras, tmj, and IBS. Not sure what else!

I looked all over for it and couldnt find it. about a month later I found it in the freezer. lol Must have been have a real fibrofog day that day.

LOL it's good to know I'm not the only one who operates in multiple dimensions simultaneously (and none of them too efficiently!) Princess - who knows, maybe your fish is who my cat is talking to late at night when he "marowwws" around the quiet house.

Oh my gosh, I just read your post for the first time this morning and just about fell out of my chair laughing.

I'm always telling my husband about something interesting from an article my daughter read or a tv show she watched. She will look at me and say, "Mom, YOU are the one told ME about that. YOU are the one who read the article." Oopsie! I knew I had heard it from somewhere. blush tongue

I love all the feedback!! It's SO good to know I'm not alone...your post hit home so hard, Austen, I just snorted while swallowing my coffee!

I'm forever getting my daughters "mixed up." I'll listen intently to their stories of what they did, then a few days later say, "Oh! I have to tell you what your sister did!" She'll look kind of hurt and say, "Mom, that was me! I told you about that!" Or I'll ask them if they've seen a movie, only to be told we watched it together and cried together over it :( Luckily, they know that I love them dearly, my brain is just screwy.

But it does make me wonder how many other people who don't know us as well get hurt when we forget whole conversations and the like.

My mom has Alzheimer's and for the past 7 years, I have watched her slowly fade away. I truly believe my sisters and my sons think I am headed down the same path. I've tried to tell them it is fibro fog, but I don't think they believe me. My husband has his doubts too. Yesterday, instead of putting away the deli meat, I put a knife in the deli meat drawer!

Debbie, I have at least 6 German Shepherds at any given time.......sometimes a few more when I help with rescue.  I have files for each and every one of them BUT when I got horses here i HAD THE HORSE VET DO MY YEARLY SHOTS for my dogs (sorry about the caps) It ended up being so hard to keep track of the dogs, even tho a farm call is 30.00 for all and a vet visit is a lot more, I ended up going back to the vet.

I also have a barn cat who had the chance to be a house cat but never got the feral out of his system.  Anyways I took him and my 5 month old GSD pup to the vet and the darn cat was twice the cost of the dog.

I often have trouble with bloodlines on my dogs which is pretty important in the sport that I do.  Right now I am trying to get a little obedience on my boy.......he can not become a chicken killer which he wants to do....brat t5hat he is.............he met the pony today, something bigger than him...lol
