turn  Hello friends!

I'm getting ready to go on a plane trip.  The whole thing is going to last less than 48 hours....one of those hurry-the-whole-time-husband's-family affairs.

Exhaustion is already overtaking me ... I have to make an art of getting everything in the smallest possible containers because even a couple of extra ounces can make the difference between feeling pretty ok and being in a lot of pain the whole weekend.  My husband handles my carry-on bag (which has to have my special buckwheat pillow in it, so there's not much room for clothes) but there's still the extra tote I handle, and it has to have a book, snacks, pills, water, creams, back pillow, blah blah blah.  I have to gasp a dozen times before we board, "Where's my purse?".... "Still on your shoulder."  The guy can pack in 20 minutes for anywhere (and dreams of a retirement of endless travelling) and he's hitched to someone for whom leaving town for a couple of days equals major stress.

My most recurring dream is about rushing to catch a plane that's about to take off.  I know it's because I'm not organized and there's a real possibility of my forgetting the most crucial things.

Robin, I swear, TODAY I start deep breathing and relaxation like you're always reminding us about!   :-)

Makes me tired just thinking about it Debbie, but I sure hope that you have a good time. I will also be praying for you to have pain free days.

Debbie have a good time! Are you going to Wisconsin? Enjoy yourself and remember
breathe deeply from the diaphrapm! Have fun and relax. I usually forget to pack things
like bras or underwear and we end up shopping when we get there!
