I absolutely hate those systems!!!!!! Forget the ones that tell YOU to call a certain number for a special message.

It never fails, as soon as I lie down for a nap (fibro exhaustion, ya know), I get one of those automatic calls that asks me to press "0" for "an important message about my credit card." It's hard enough to find a moment to lie down and rest without someone trying to scam me at the same time. GRRRR mad

I don't answer or just hang up on the credit card or private caller calls. The doctor calls though are really annoying. It makes me feel like a just another fee, not a patient that someone cares about. Maybe we should leave a message to that effect for the doc.

My credit is so far in the tubes that I just don't care anymore, the good thing about that is that hubby can not sign on the dotted line anymore and believe me that is a good thing.

3 years ago we could not afford 1,000.00 a month for health ins so I switched to a high deductable savings plan.................The following month I was diagnosed with porphyria PCT and hepatitis C.  I owe so many doctor bills and testing bills it is not funny.  There is absolutely no way to keep up and I have given up worrying about it, less anxiety that way.

I have my house phone ringer turned off and the fax machine picks up, anyone who knows me will call my cell.  I pay for my mom's cell cause it is a pay call for her to call me and adding her is not much money added to our bill.

I am so sick of automated phone calls and the calls to my brother and mom that should not be made.

I dont like talking on the phone so I guess Im one of the wierd ones who prefers the automated voices. lol I also worked at a grocery store and was one of the ones responsible for answering the phones while trying to wait on customers. You have no idea how badly I wanted to take the phone and throw it across the room somedays. lol I honestly never did it but oh how I wanted too.

nono  NOOOO.... hate automated systems... And I really HATE..ok, yes I yelled... Aetna Disability.... Their autimated system won't let you hit 0 or 9 and get to a human, it never understands my birthdate and I have to repeat it 6 times (maybe cause I'm speaking Texan but that's not my problem) You go through 15 menu's and still don't get what you need......Then when you do get somone on the phone they are rude and abrupt and don't have the time to speak to you, so lies and more lies just to get you off the phone. Sick of them... Can you tell. LOL

Your speaking Texan thing caused me to bust up laughing.....I have a speech impairment, so I have a clue to what you are talking about the worse is when I say 4 sounds like 12, rofl.
