I haven't had this headachy/nerve pain in my head for a few months, probably due to the weather, but--rats--it's back.  Does anyone know what to do for this?  It's like a pressure especially in the front of my head, and my eyes are also affected. Thanks for any input!!

I'm prone to sinus, tension and migraines. The headache you describe sounds like
tension or sinus. Taking a couple of excedrin help me. I will also do some relaxation
therapy, doing deep breathing and meditation. Using heat on my forehead and behind
my neck helps me. Also in the hot weather make sure you drink enough water.
Getting dehydrated will cause a headache too.

Hope you feel better soon! hugs, Robin

Thanks, Robin!  Those are all great ideas!
I tend to get a little spoiled in the warmer months since I usually feel better (I live in MN and winter is brutal for my fibro, etc.), so I feel like I have to go back to square one once summer ends.  I'll work on your suggestions--thanks again and God bless.

I have been dealing with headaches all summer too. Mine is a sinus infection in the sinuses over my eyes. I am now on my third antibiotic to try and knock it out. The only symptoms I had was a headache and drainage in the back of my throat, but no stuffy nose.

I use ice on these types of headaches and it seems to help. I normally use heat on everything! I also take excedrin migraine and this seems to help. I would check with your doctor if the headaches continue. I hope you feel better soon!
