I've had eye twitching before while under stress.  My father, who lived 700 miles from me, was dying from cancer, and I couldn't be there with him.  My eye twitched so bad at times I could barely see and it was so dried out!  I was there with him when he passed, and as soon as he did, the twitch was gone!  That was 2 years ago.  It is back now, but I don't see to have stress in my life.
I googled my twitch, and low and behold, it said fatigue was one of the major symptoms.  Ah yes, the good ol' fibro fatigue!  I know the fatigue has been bad lately, so it makes sense that that is what is causing my eye twitch.  Gotta love fibro!  ;)

I have had the eye twitching too and yes it is when I am more tired than I normally am.

Every once in a while my eye will twitch but I never made a connection.  I just ignored it like I usually do!  I think I'll take note now.  I hope your twitching stops quickly.  It can be aggravating!

Stress, fatigue and coffee.......I find it humorous when I'm talking to someone. Long story short I was a bad kid, I was in front of a principal (not from my school but a different one) in trouble and his eye kept twitching, rapidly. I have sympathy for him now. Funny how life goes.
