Just wondered where everyone is today?? Yesterday was a much better day for me, but I know it will pass.

Today I hurt myself coming into work as I described in a previous post. Right now, I am between a 6-7 I am about to take my break-thru medication today. I am confident that tomorrow I am hoping for at least a 2 or 3 wink

about a 2 right now, hoping it doesn't jump up like it keeps threatening to. Last night I felt some old familiar twinges, which usually mean trouble ahead.

I would say about a 7-8 for me. But I am glad that a lot of people are in the lows that makes me kind of optimistic for my future. :)

I am about at a 3 or 4. But that is where I usually am. Nothing exciting here. Same old, same old. But I can't complain. I don't flare much. So I am lucky there. Knock wood.

Take care.

Thanks for asking Debbie! -Yes, my break-through medication did work. I was able to keep going the full day today.

Hope everyone is very low in numbers for tomorrow. I would love to say 0!!! But I think we all know that pretty much is not the case. But I would take a nice 2-3 for tomorrow. turn

I generally seem to be at a 4 most days...but the last couple of weeks have seen lots of spikes into the 7-8 range, which I am really not used to...my pain level is generally quite stable and previous flares would only move to a 6 maximum. Not sure whats going on there, but trying to figure it out.

I want my "normal" back!

So far, so good today!
I'm as tired as all get out...but pain wise, I am def around a 2-3 which I will take any day.

I hope everyone has a low number day today!!!

Inchronicpain- Hi!! Welcome to our family here!!  I am so sorry to hear you are at a pain level that high. I hope you have some medication or a pain management plan so you can get back down to low numbers soon!!
Very gental hugs to you!!!

Pam- Yuck! I hope you can find out what is going on and be on your way soon to some low numbers too!!!! Feel better soon I wish you to be "normal" very soon.

Robin-It sure is a ride and then some!!! Looking for you to be in the lower range ASAP!!! Hang in there!

Karen- I hear you loud and clear on the same old same. I think I am prolly "normal" at a solid 3. I know I'm usually in trouble when it starts to get around 5-6.

Torden-I am sorry to hear you are hanging at the higher end of the not so good numbers. Here is hoping you are working your way down the pain scale soon. Keep us posted!!

GSDgirl- Oh No!!! I hope you were able to catch that headeach before it got a chance to cause you pain. Hope you get all your canning done and are resting comfortable.

SilentStorm-Glad to hear you are and the good end of the pain level. Wish we could all be at 0 but we all know, that is pretty much not a number that most of us never get to. Keep those low numbers!! Your legs not staying still do you have RSL???

Debbie-Checking to make sure you are still hanging at the "good" end of our scale. I hope those "twinges" were kicked right out of your house and can not get back in. I wanna see you hanging out on those low numbers!!

Shirley-How is our inspirational gal doing today??? You do us all so good with your positive attitude. It actually comes right thru the boards to us and I know it makes me smile and helps brighten my day. I hope you are doing ok and are hanging at the coffee cooler of low numbers today too.
Taking it one day at a time....-Monica

inchronicpain-
Keeping my fingers crossed that your doctor can provide you with some type of relief for you. No one should be in a great deal of pain and not have anything to combat it with.
Let us know how you doctors visit goes.
