I claimed it and I'm so far so good on the low end of the pain scale today. I am about a 2-3 and I am happy with it. Hope it stays that low all day long.

How is everyone else doing today???

hopegirl, glad you are feeling better today! I'm still at a 4-5 but my pain won't
stop me from having fun...going out to lunch with some friends...eating is a good
pain distraction! smilewinkgrin

I'm at about a 2-3 myself.  Hopefully with my work day ahead, it will stay there.  We were busy yesterday at work (which is a good thing) but my hips and knees were really hurting by the end of the night.

I would have to say about 6-7. Last night was not a good night for me, the pain kept me awake until about 3, then I passed out.

Today has been a bit rough but happy that I am still managing to get a couple things done. Didn't eat soon enough with taking my meds this morning so got really icky for a while. New dose increase of Savella...uhg...lol. Slow and steady trying to get ready for a 4 day camping trip. I am so looking forward to going...but hoping it isn't too exhausting. 2 days of mud runs usually takes its toll but I love it...and get to see family so it is worth the trade off. After all...I am gonna hurt no matter where I am so I would rather be camping. Hope you all have a great Labor Day weekend.
Trying to keep my focus...

Fibro, deg/bulg discs in neck, rotator cuff tear, exteme nerve pain in hands after carpal tunnel on both, multiple foot surgeries with pain still, IBS, tension headaches, (Lap band)

Savella, MS contin, Vicoden, claritin, prilosec, flonase, vitamins, calcium

I was ok until tonight. I think my shivering with cold last night caught up with my muscles - about a 6 now, so took a Darvocet to keep it down to a dull roar - not that it does, but it's better than without.
