Feel terrible today. Been a week today since surgery. Didn't feel this bad the day after surgery. Gonna try and rest and allow my body to heal. Very tough day.

Sheila, I'm sorry you are having a bad flare, hopefully it will be short lived.
Wishing for a quick recovery, that your knee heals nicely and you will feel better
soon. Take one day at a time :)

Sorry, Sheila. It's tough when you think you're getting better, then whammo. Hope you're much better tomorrow.

Did you have replacement or arthoscopy? I had mine artho on the right knee 4 weeks ago and it still isn't
right. I find the older I get it takes longer to heal. I'm doing Super Cissus RX to help rebuild the maniscus
tear. I'm not hobbling quite so bad. They also shaved the bone to get rid of the arthritis scarring and that is
where I'm having most of the pain and swelling still. Good luck with yours.

I had a major meniscus tear that had to be trimmed back down. The knee still hurts and the dr. said it would take about another month. What I am feeling right now is fibro. on top of knee pain. The whole fog is bad, the fatigue is overwhelming. Just feel terrible. Was doing better the day after surgery than I am now. Just wiped out.
