Morning all...sorry I am late, doing some work for my boss's boss.
I am so tired today I did not go to sleep until around 1-2 AM. Then up at 6:30. Feel like a zombie. I think because of the lack of sleep, my pain seems to be a little more than what it was. I'd say I"m about an overloaded 3 to a 4 today. Just want to go to bed and lay down. Didn't help that hubby was up yelling about out 20 year old son. Whole seperate story there but I'll just say my stress level is up, up , up.
I hope everyone has a verly low pain level today!!!! One more day then its the weeknd!!! So far (I'm afraid to say it too loud) I've been here every day and all day this week.

Hey Monica. Sorry your morning started off so bad. I had a bit of a problem with my two daughters this morning, sure makes things tough when you don't feel good.

My pain is around 6-7. Surgical pain is about a 7 ( knee surgery last week ). Sure having trouble with brain fog. Dizzy and very tired. I took a hydrocodne this morning and it helped to bring the pain down from a 10. This morning was real bad.

I don't work outisde the home but still look foreward to the weekends. Nothing special planned other than resting.

Well I didn't fall asleep till 5:30 and was awake at 7:30 blah. BUT my pain level did not spike up to a 10 at night like normal when i woke up it was about a 7 and now it's down to a 5. I'm also starting my supplements today ontop of my Savella and muscle relaxers. I did have to take a pain killer when I woke up, my goal with these supplements is to at least get off of the painkillers!

was it a full moon?Since there's a couple of us that didnt sleep last night

Hi everyone.  Hope your day is a good one.
Last night by the time I got home, my pain level had moved from 2/3 in the morning to about a 5/6.  I was so happy to be done with my day and come home and get comfy.
This a/m I'm back down to a 2/3 and off for another day of work.  But I feel good this morning and full of energy.  I've been up since 7:45 (early for me!) and have got a lot of little cleaning jobs taken care of.  My goal is to have my chores taken care of before my weekend, so then I can just relax and do something fun........
OT: I don't know what I'm doing or not doing... but my signature refuses to show up.... oh well *shrug*

Well my pain level is about a 5 today and it is only 3am here, yesterday afternoon I went to bed at 3pm. I was in so much pain I took my night time dose to make me sleep early to get some pain relief. It helped me no end I was finally in very little pain. I would of put my pain level at about a 8-9.

Java-Only 2 hours sleep??? Ewwww how are you able to function? I'm dragging with about 4 hrs give or take. smilewinkgrin   For your pain level not going up to the tippy top!! Wishing you best of luck on the suppliments, that would be great if you can not have to take pain meds or at least, take them much less than before the suppliments.
Sheila-It never helps when the kids or other family members get us off track and stressed out. Icky surgery pain. I'm sorry to hear about your fatigue and dizziness along with your pain. Glad the hydro worked. Yes..I'm right with you, nothing planned and I just plan to relax!!! Hubby will be working his normal shift on Saturday so he will be tired when it gets off at 7 so he will not want to do anything but rest up!!!

Really bad morning, could not really get out of bed. Ofcourse it did not help that I had a 8 A.M class today. T_T I hate the morning ones. Overall pain level -  ~8 in the morning, currently ~6-7

At a 9 today; ended up leaving up at 2:00 because I just couldn't go anymore. Funny thing is my boss gave me a day off yesterday and I wasalmost painfree. I get up this morning and can't move. My check is going to terrible, sigh... Tina

I found out yesterday that the hacking cough I've had for two weeks is from a sinus and ear infection. I haven't had any pain, just this gut wrenching cough. My doc doesn't want me to cough, I've already had 2 ab hernias and I'm at risk to develop more. He prescribed 4 vicoden/day. No more coughing and not much pain, all in all, a good day.
