Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend.  I hope that everyone is having a great day?  Today is a rare rare day for me.  I feel good alittle tired.  But hey I got up and got my son off  to school, fed my dogs (which I have 4 of them)  Drank my coffee, and I was on facebook and I actually went down stairs and worked out.  I have an elleptical , abrobic rider, ab lounger and a bo flex.
Now I am worn out but feel good.  Since I have not worked out in awhile,  I didn't do much but everylittle bit helps.  I am dealing with issues today with my diverticulitis though.    I hope everyone is having a good day and think no pain.  I will pray for that for all.

Hi Sunny and welcome to our fibro family. We have a great group here and we are all very supportive of each other. I am so glad that you are having a good day. It helps all of us as a reminder that there are good days out there. So thankyou for letting us know.
From the sounds of your post you are going to fit in here well. Feel free to ask questions, vent and offer advice.
Gentle Hugs

Thanks for posting about your good day!!! We need posts like this. It is so encouraging.

Do pace yourself while exercising, and stretch a lot. It is so easy to over do and then you wont want to do it anymore. So go slow. Even if it feels too slow, it isn't.

Keep up the good work, and keep us posted on how you are doing.

Hugs, Karen
