Are you a creature of habit? Do you have a routine and do not like for anyone to interfere with it? How about the breakfast you have each day? There's a habit that often people follow for most of their lives. I remember my grandmother had the same breakfast day after day and was never bored with it. She had her cup of coffee, toast, cereal and cold milk over it. We didn't mess with grandmother's routine. nono wink

What do you usually have for breakfast? And are you a very 'routine-oriented' person? I usually thrive on routine. Breakfast is one time when I have one of two things...either cereal (hot or cold depending on the season) or toast and milk. Once in a while we'll have bagels or English muffins around ahd I love those too. But more often it's either cereal or toast?

What is your breakfast routine?

My breakfast will vary day to day. It doesn't really matter to me as long as I eat something before going to work. But my morning is always routine in the sense that I make a cup of coffee or if its hot outside, a glass of tea and sit on my porch. I have to have at least 30 minutes to myself before I can talk or function, lol, I'm not a happy camper in the mornings.

I am an awful morning person. It takes me more than that 30 minutes LOL. They (hubby or grandkids) can really tee me off when they ask "what's for breakfast" before I have even had my coffee grrrr. I have been eating toast and cut up tomato but I usually don't eat anything. I would love to find the instant steel cut oats the regular ones take soooo long.

During the week my breakfast will vary...anything from toast and cereal to a
peanut butter and jelly sandwich or eggs.

The weekend is usually pretty routine. Saturday morning, hubby makes a pot of
coffee and goes to the bakery and brings home an assortment of danish.
Sundays we go out for a late breakfast. I usually order two eggs over medium,
hashbrowns, whole wheat toast and coffee and orange juice. The weekend
breakfast routine has been going on since our daughter was 2 and she is going
to be 35. She has established the same weekend breakfast routine in her home.

Hugs, Robin wink

my morning routine is just coffee I am not hungry in the morning but I have to have my coffee. The only time I eat anything in the morning is if I have to take medicine like this week. Then I will probably eat some yogurt.

I'm not a routine person.  Most mornings through the week I never eat breakfast.  Occasionally I will eat with the kids at school.  The mornings they have biscuits, sausage and gravy.

Sometime on the weekend I'll fix the whole big breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy and hashbrowns.  Then when we travel I love to stop at buffet breakfast.  That's when I really pig out.

On Sunday mornings I always skip breakfast because I'm getting ready to go to church so this morning I'm making myself hungry just writing about it.

God Bless!

I'm with Shirley, I don't eat breakfast but gotta have my coffee! I'm just not hungry in the morning. I do love breakfast foods though, sausage, bacon, eggs etc so we will fix breakfast for dinner sometimes.
