OMG i need a little vent. It is day 2 of no sunlight where I live. Seriously, no sun. The sky is completely overcast and dark as though it is the end of the day.

Yesterday i had the start to a migraine. I notice I get these during this type of weather. i had to take Eletriptan, which works really well but left me either nauseous or sleepy the rest of the day.

Today I woke with a headache again, not as bad as yesterday. I am so exhausted though I cannot concentrate or do much of anything.

Arghhh!! I am so frustrated. What can I do to keep my spirits up? I have a lot I should be doing (work, housework, holiday decorating) but i can't get much done since I have the endurance of a Sloth.

I hate winter and these stupid gray days. Arggghhh!

There are special lights that help raise the serotonin and helps with depression and other things. We used to have a mod that used one of these and it helped her I mensely. You place the light to the side of you...not directly in front. She used it when on the computer or watching TV. This might help

I lived in the Cleveland area for many years and they have little sun in the winter and spring. Mother average days of sunlight in January is three! I didn't realize I was suffering from light deprivation until I moved to Florida. I now have more energy and am happier in my disposition. So, maybe one of those lights could help you.

No matter what, I hope you feel better soon. I want you to really enjoy the holidays.
