Hello all.

i've been here before in fibromyalgia forums, and got banned for accusing members for taking medications. nevertheless i am always strongly confirmed in free speech at anytime, but its not my point from now on anymore.. as i'm sure that all know, how it is hard to maintain a full hours job. and it is something that put's fibromyalgia suffer's, in disadvantage for the most part in their life. especially with aging get's harder.

So, i wanted to share with you all my last resort of lifestyle perspectives. as i had been battling fibro, for years and nothing really comes as a cure, the only thing that might be curing you is when you are in a deep sleeping state, but one can only doubt about that.

The things that help me to keeps myself in check from fibrofog and flares. coffee with each meal everytime, does helps me from being drowsy and falling asleep in day routine. then knee exercise or knee stretching, which is very important to your meditations and yoga capability. and the one thing that helped me the most out of all things, it's sleeping in nature without a tent. it does wonders for few days.

I'm finding quite a bit of help with my naturopathic doctor who is discovering root causes and curing those which relieves the fibro pain and fatigue. I say there is hope. smile

Hope, there is all i have for now. if only some of my family members could understand my illness, and let me do what i want to do to be happy, then i could stop complaining and not think about it day and night.

5HTP is great for fibro pain and no sleep. I take magnesium withcalcium, 400 5HTP, l-theanine 200 at night and sometines tryptophan. I have chronic pain, fibromyalgia since 2009 and am waiting for another cervical fusion from c-3 to c-7 . Those supplements put me in a deep sleep. And keeps my appetite down. The 5HTP keeps me calm throughout the day, even with 2 teenagers! I take 200 5htp in the am. None mess with my pain scripts. Worth taking a look. I still take my familyin small doses toosmile
