This article reminds me of my first day encountering fibromalgia.

It was happen as i wake up after a day of fasting "without food", when i just waked up,

i thought to my self that, i just over exercise, and my body needs resting.

but after i tried to lift my hands, i was in confusion about whichever my hands being ridiculously but incredible heavy,

as if they had on them 200kg more on top of my hands. by describing the illness,

i think only the ill can understand this illness. it can represent sort of any fatigue in all the world, but there is something odd.

like i feel all my inside vein are sucked dry and ache from it, which makes it hard to be in connected with rest of the muscle's to nerves.. and in between. whatsoever.

In my real life, i like to pretend that i am perfectly healthy. and that i am 100% normally stable in everyway, i even use lies to make people believe that i feel great. this is the only approach i can handle with people in real life.

I know that water salts does help almost instantly and relive pain for a day. but from long term use it can also make diarrhea. my first aid is marijuana, tho the side effects makes me lazy.
