Did the specialists again test for hep C to come to the conclusion it was a false positive the first time?  If you have recently been tested for C and were negative, see what other factors (aside from parenting) might be contributing to your fatigue.  Do you smoke?  Are you going through menopause?  Have you had a thyroid test?  Any of these could cause fatigue (particularly a thyroid dysfunction.)  Could you get some household help or help with the kids?

Best of luck to you.

Just tired, your GP can do a hepatitis test.  I'd have it done again.  Ask to be tested for all types of hepatitis.  Also ask for a thyroid test.

If you can find someone to babysit about 2 hours a week to make some "me time" for yourself, I think you will find that helps a lot...even if you have no illness.
