hepatic echotexture

Hi I'd like to know my ultrasound result are it says increased hepatic echotexture. What's that and what do I do?

You need to have the doctor who ordered the ultrasound explain the results to you in plain English.  A Google search for "hepatic echotexture" found a number of references to this as meaning "fatty infiltration" or "evidence of fatty liver."  The "increase" does not necessarily mean it is increased for you, but increased over what they would find in a normal liver.
