How was your weekend, mine was exhausting. My grandkids wear me out. Its really hard for me to keep up with them, usually I cant sleep but last night I was out by 9:00 and slept right through until 8am. I cant remember the last time I slept so good. Do you have problems sleeping?
I'm tired so I'm going to try to get some quality sleep again(Ihope)
Take care,DeeDee

Rick, I just wanted to interject about the lack of sleep:  My PMD suggested melatonin.  It's OTC, so no Rx required.  I was skeptical, but found it works very well...almost too well.  It's a naturally occurring hormone, but as we age our bodies produce less of it.  I started with 3 mg, which was fine, but after about 2 wks. I started having really weird dreams every night.  I figured it was building up in my system and cut it in half.  That seems to be okay.  You might also see it bottled in micrograms (mcg).  If so, ask the pharmacist to tell you what that is in milligrams or how many of the tabs would be needed to equal 3 mg (considering you are larger than I am.)  Ask your doctor about it, if you like.

Hugs,

Connie
