How are they with cold? I was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's because they turn pure white and purple depending on how cold (and I live in San Diego---so it's not really cold ). I have also noticed them being itchy and feeling hot. I'm wondering if the hot is when the blood gets back in there after the white...something to keep on eye on. Gotta love strange new symptoms that come up. It's so easy to get crazy paranoid with a chronic condition!
Dany, I also have Raynaud's and the symptoms you describe (and I live in FL), except for burning.
One would think that a high ammonia level would be accompanied by a high MELD score, but I don't know that that is always true. Encephalopathy occurs when the liver is unable to clear toxins, particularly ammonia.
