Well its been May 31 this year since I finished Harvoni.
I was undetected and my final labs are Aug 31.
I've regained my mental powers from brain fog, lost 50 lbs weight and my post Prostate Cancer love life problems have disappeared . I've not felt this good since the late 90s.
I was F4 and hoping it greatly reverses. Harvoni Facebook group is a great resource.
Bless you all and slay that dragon if you can!

Stu! Hang in there, man!
I was diagnosed with F4 cirrhosis. I surmised it was compensated since I did not have jaundice, acites, varices, etc.
One year post SVR, I had a Fibroscan performed with an average reading of 6.1 kPa. I am now told that I am stage F1.
I will go back in a year for another Fibroscan.
I have read about folks who have experienced reversal of compensated cirrhosis.
And I hear you on the feel good. It's great to be rid of the HCV anxiety.
Good luck.
07/2016: Ultrasound Clear, Fibroscan 6 kPa (F1 fibrosis)
02/2016: HCV Undetected 6 mo post treatment
10/2015: 12 wks Post Trtment, HCV Undtcted, all enzymes normal, but bilirubin 1.7, low platelets
07/2015: End treatment Harvoni 24 weeks
12/2014: Alt/Ast 365/207, Bili 1.1 (normal)
05/2014: Interferon, Ribavirin, Sovaldi, Undetected / Relapse
05/2014: HCV Geno 1a, Compensated Cirrhosis

hi Stu,
I also had cirrhosis.. I cleared the virus in late 2012..

A fibroscan in 2015 showed a reversal of most of my liver damage. It was confirmed by ultrasound during cacer screening, later that year..
best of luck on your upcoming labs and imaging
