Hi, everyone,
I'd like to share my treatment way for Hepatitis with everyone here. And Wish we could fight against hep virus into crash together...Don't Give UP!!
(1) Eat a well-balanced, low-fat diet
(2) Eat Regular meals ( cannot be too hungry, as if so, it will decrease your immune ability to fight against hep virus)
(3) Eat more whole grains
(4) Increase consumption of Vegetables and Fiber.
(5) Include adequate protein.
(6) Drinks lots of water
(7) Eat under rest conditions and chew food properly.
(8) Include some essential fats in the diet each day
(9) Avoid alchol, excessive sugar, hydrogenated fat and raw shellfish.
(10) 30 minitues middle-sized proper exercise every day, such as jogging, etc..just find a way most proper for you.
(11) HBV Genotype C is associated with higher Risk of Reactivation of hepatitis B and progression to cirrhosis than genotype B.
(12) Enough Good Rest Every day. (It is much better to be fall in sleep around 11 pm every day, must not Stay up late!!! as it will decrease yr immune very much)
(13) Keep a very good happy mood every day ! as it will increase your immune very much...

In traditional chinese medicine, it is said that food-medicine are much useful for hep +, there is chinese idiom for hep +,  " 30% treatment for hep + are by medical, and 70% treatment for hep + are by maintenance".
