Parasitic Infestations on the Rise for the Poor in the U.S.

Even though they are seeing higher rates of parasites in poor people in the U.S., it won't take long for that to move over to middle class people.  That the poor have it more right now is due to bad health care, not necessarily poor sanitation, which means middle class Americans could just as easily start catching these things.  Just as bed bugs are starting to infect even nice hotels in some U.S. cities. 
So, it looks like we might need to start looking for parasites more often, even in people who have not been to a third world country or who don't live on a farm.
