Are you on probiotics? I take Culturelle when I'm on antibiotics. It's strong (for me), but it keeps me from getting D while on antibiotics. After I go off the antibiotics, I switch to yogurt once a day for about three weeks.

I second the idea of probiotics. Eat some probiotic yogurt in addition to a supplement...that might help your tummy tolerate the antibiotics better!

If you can, see if you can get some VSL#3. It has eight strains of gut-friendly probiotics and I swear it's the only one that has made an inkling of difference in me. It's currently undergoing FDA approval for treatment of IBD and IBS. I have tried literally over five or six brands and none of them made a difference until I tried this one. I am actually going less than 10x/day now, which was unheard of before.
