As a side topic of conversation, I saw someone on another forum I am on mention that she uses slippery elm for her IBS problems; says it works like a charm when she starts to feel nauseated or starts cramping.  Anyone on here tried it before?

I saw it on the GERD forum.  I know it is supposed to help with the lining of the intestinal system.
