I'm not sure what happened but I'm not doing so good. For a while there I was feeling great and having normal poops everyday acouple times a day. I eat my activia everymorning, take my vsl#3 at night, add some benefiber to my food and drinks..I'm still doing all of this and the past three days I've been having really bad D. I'm not sure what changed other than I got my period 2 days ago...can this cause D or am I giving my self too much probiotics by eating yogurt and taking the vsl? Is it possible to get D before the start of menstruation?
Any advise would help
