Here's my symptoms:

-Spasms/twitches all over stomach
-Constipation/loose stools/hard stools
-Twitches in legs/chest
-bruises on legs without injury, they do go away within two weeks..but they also come back different sizes
-constant discomfort in ab area/NO PAIN (why i question me having IBS)
-Discomfort messes up with breathing, as if muscles are weak in core area
-My core area is my main issue..just feels weak especially if i'm standing in a line or standing in one spot period..
-"Stuffy" feeling in chest and ab area..alot!
-no pattern with eating/ i kept a journal and everything....i see no pattern to the discomfort..it comes and goes with or without food
-If i dont eat for a while i feel terribly weakish/sick..and sometimes i'm fine without eating?
-food seems to help at times.
-hair loss
- something (maybe muscle) keeps moving out of place or moving in general under rib area on both sides..StRanGe?

I've researched/googled..I know what these may cause or may be?..but if someone actually has been through this or seen something similar any advice/help would be great. I've had an endoscopy in November, erosions on esophagus(did biopsies, nothing bad)/mild gastritis..I have a slow emptying stomach...not too bad.. and ugh.. I can't see a gastro here because they dont accept medicaid so I have to do this on my own, and pray this heals.. any help would be great- thank you and please share your symptoms/stories.. it does help alot. thanks so much

If you feel constipated you probably are.
Especially if you have gas,you need to keep things moving.

See this:

I have no idea about the bruises. What medications are you on? I had a rib a long time ago that used to go out on me. It took years but it finally stopped that. I could push it back in place. Have you really tried to change your diet. I have very bad gastritis, esophagitis and duodenitis and I have had to elimate all red meat, spicy food, dairy and stay with chicken, fish, basically white stuff like noodles, potatoes, etc. I try to keep myself regular even if I have to take a laxative on occassion as I definetly feel better the days I have gone. Hair loss can be many things but medications is very often the cause. Tagamet(cimitidene). Did they check for H. pylori when they did endo?

You could go through a slew of testing and they still might not figure out what's wrong, but you can try to tackle this problem from several angles. The bruising - if not a platelet or coagulation factor problem, either of which could be determined by simple blood work - might resolve with a step-up in your vitamin K intake. That means green, leafy vegetables, vegetable oil, and a few other random goodies. Bruises on the extremities are not as worrisome as they are on places like the abdomen or back - those tend to be fretted over a little more.

It would make sense that not eating would make you feel odd; you need food and when you don't have it, your body will get cranky. So make sure to eat. Yeah, sometimes easier said than done.

Have you tried exercises like Pilates or yoga that might help you strengthen your core and, hopefully, relieve some of that discomfort you're feeling?

Well, I do eat and I'm actually gaining a bit from snacking alot because food seems to help the discomfort every now and then... My ab area is just a mess it seems like. This actually started after I had bad shortness of breath in September, that (Thank God) went away, but now i'm stuck with the digestive issues.. well, I was "diagnosed" with IBS-C, but I thought people only get spasms in their stomach with diarreah? I dont know much about IBS yet..
and people with IBS get some relief... I RARELY feel comfortable in my ab area, I'm not sure if it could just be anxiety, which is hard for me to accept because I'm getting spasms, stuffy chest feeling..and most ith ibs get pain! I dont have much pain besides chest pain here and there, and sharp pains (gas most likely) and back pain... i just dont know if this is IBS or maybe something with my gallbladder ? Than again, that too would give you pain.
I'm starting to think it could just be maybe my muscles are trying to get back to normal and their just very weak? So all the discomfort could be related to that? I try yoga when I get the time- I'm starting to do ab workouts here and there- Maybe I need to read more about anxiety, it would just blow me away to find out that anxiety can relly manifest itself so .... strongly into one area of the body.. than again the feeling I get is sometimes affected by food so i dont know...thats why i dont think much of it being anxiety. Anyway, I'm going on and on- thanks for your replies-

I can't remember; have you had a HIDA scan on your gall bladder? Stuffiness or tightness in the chest can be a symptom, as can feeling sick, but then eating and feeling better. I was like that all the time with mine; couldn't tell if eating would make me feel better or worse.

No, you don't always have to have very obvious pain for your gall bladder to be messing up.

You mention no connection between feeling bad and eating, but I found drinking something other than water got me. Caffeine, it turned out, was an absolute no-no for me (took me nearly 5 years to figure that out, though, because I was always looking at my food, not my drinks!).

Caffiene doesn't do too well- when I drank an alcohol beverage i got a little chest pain- not bad- and my chest felt very stuffy so I know now that's a no no. I've only had multiple ultrasounds of my gallbladder, I'll talk to my doctor about a HIDA scan. How did it go when you had our gallladder removed? Even if I found out it was bad I dont know about going through surgery? how did you feel afterwards? My dad says "you dont need it, if you need it out, go for it" I talked to my doc about the stuffy chest and he says it's anxiety. This all started with shortness of breath/anxiety so i guess it kind've makes sense that this could still be anxiety-but the discomfort is unbearable at times where i just can't sit down- theres no pattern with food- i know i can't eat wheat- i dont get sick i just get more discomfort- not too good with steaks- alot of chocolate or sugar- def. no! Maybe I need to talk to my doc about a hida scan, but I dont have insurance to cover that anyway? Is there another way to tell if it's my gall bladder?

All the things you are saying you can't eat are the exact ones my Doctor said I should not eat for my acid problem which causes so much gas and pain and pressure. Stay away from those and concentrate on chicken, fish, noodles, rice, cooked veggies for a few days and see how you feel. No chocolate, alcohol or peppermint. Worth a try.

I'll try that- I have an appointment tomorrow with my doctor, i'll ask about a hida scan- thanks for your replies. I'll also try changing my diet, can acid really cause constant discomfort like this, mainly in my upper ab area? I rarely get heartburn and when i do i'll only feel it once for like 5 seconds and it's gone-

Absoutely. I never get true heartburn as people think of it but have had pain in my arms, chest, throat and stomach but no burn like sensation. All the things you are saying bother you are indicators of either IBS or acid reflux or both including the shortness of breath. Let us know. I have almost passed out from reflux. It affects all the nerves but mainly the vagus nerve which affects almost everything including heart beats and it goes to the stomach.

Well I had my doctors appt. He just did some blood tests for now, to check my liver enzymes or whatever, and check to see if Ihave H.Pylori.... Even if I do have it I hate to take antibiotics for it, last time I took antibiotics I didn't have much pain in my stomach just a whole lot of discomfort, my stomach felt twisted, it was awful, I even went to the ER because of this feeling.. ahhhh I hate antibiotics, and yogurt doesn't do so well with me either.. I have a good feeling both tests will be fine.. I really want to do a hida scan, but no good insurance.  Ah well, I'll just try living with this.. when it gets really bad walking around helps.. I'm hoping this is all just anxiety and in my head rather than a health problem. As sucky as anxiety can be.. every morning I wake up SORE all over my body, I thought I was getting a cold when it first started, but i'm not sick and I still wake up sore.. than I read this too is an anxiety symptom. ? Thanks for your replies... i'll write when I get the results to my tests-
