You're probably avoiding these things but if not:
Eliminate soda, carbonated beverages, gum, the use of straws, foods that produce gas, etc. Walking up and down our staircase helps release gas for me. Sometimes just doing exercises in the bathroom (leg lifts, etc.) between bm's helps me too. Helps to bring it on and get it out.
You could look over this list, it may help, but again I'm sure this list isn't news to you. If you've been dealing with gas for a while. I do know that I am now what I eat. 24/7. So I watch what I eat very carefully, to co-exist in a world with "normal" colon people.
