I have ibs c too. and i am constantly bloated as well, im sorry you have it :( So, for me, it helps if i think a lot of water, liek more than i used to. and i try to get a lot of fiber in too. not too much tho becuase too much fiber can cause constipation. Also, fennel tea is good for gas and bloating.
I know this didn't help much, but i hate seeing people suffering so bad! and i am off dairy also. i think lacteeze milk. try that if you are a big milk fan.
