Oh yeah. Peppermint, acai berry, ginger, I use all the works. I drink about 3-4 cups of tea per day lately and love it. Don't think it helps my guts at all but at least it keeps me hydrated! Some people swear that ginger tea works for nausea, that peppermint tea works for indigestion, etc. What I say is: if it works for you, do it! Give it a whirl, it won't hurt by any means!
