After my bout of the D I've been feeling constipated now for a couple of days I wish I could have a normal hefty bm lol I would feel so much better.Tonight when I go to bed I'm going to take some Bennefiber hopefully that will do the trick.Other then that I'm doing fine enjoyed the beautiful weather we had and just was feeling calm and at ease very relaxed besides being uncomfortable with feeling backed up lol.I hope everyone is coping with IBS I got therapy tomorrow hopefully I'll be able to make it if I do not have a bm I'm not going.

You know, that happens to me a lot... When I have a bout of D, I just might go a couple days without going. I think it's just because most of it is already out and there's nothing left.  tongue   It's sort of a vicious cycle... D then C, then D again, repeat. You might try keeping up with the fiber to see if your BMs regulate themselves. I take probiotics daily which definitely help in the regularity department.
