You have posted the same problem multiple times and multiple people have listed things you can try. You have never said, that I have seen, whether or not you have tried anything that's been suggested, or if you did, whether or not it helped any, made things worse, etc. We can't give you any more information that has been posted already if you don't get specific as to the problems you are having and what you have and have not tried to fix them yet.
You have gas and bloating. Okay. Is this gas causing you pain? If so, is there a place where the pain is located more often than not? Does the gas and bloating happen after you eat and drink, or does it just get worse as the day goes on regardless? How bad is the bloating (meaning can you still fit in your clothes or not)? If this happens after you eat, have you noticed a connection to it being worse after eating certain things? Are you also constipated?
These are all questions you need to answer for people to give you more specific advice of remedies to try or tests to ask for. Also, have you tried any anti-gas medicines, as has been suggested? If so, what have you tried? If you are constipated, have you tried any laxatives? Have you tried any fiber supplements or probiotics, as has been suggested?
It's hard to help you if you don't tell us what's specifically wrong, and if you don't let us know if what we've already suggested has been tried. Otherwise we can't do anything but repeat our generic information. It's okay to be descriptive on here. Talk about your poo shape, the color, the smell, what you see in it. We've heard it all (and said it already ourselves)!
