HAS ANY ONE TRY IT FOR IBS AND CONSAPTION

I JUST CANT CO ON ANY MORE WHATS BEST TO EAT BEACAUSE I FIND BRAN HELP ME GO THE LOO
BUT OATS DONT AND BRAN BLOATS ME PLEASE HELP

Jamie, I would recommend going to your local bookstore and looking at the sections on Irritable Bowel Syndrome and the various diets that have helped many people find relief. Maybe if you find that bran helps you go to the bathroom but makes you feel bloated, you should try eating smaller amounts of it and gradually building up the amount you have in your diet to assist your body in learning to adapt to it. Some of the books I've read have included "Eating Right for a Bad Gut" which has lots of good ideas, and there are also diet plans out there specifically meant for people suffering from constipation.
