Hey everyone I hope you all are well and had a good fourth mine was ok I've been using digestive enzymes before I eat a big meal or even for small meals also.I've noticed a difference in the way I've felt after eating I do not have that much gas or sometimes none at all and my food settles well no dreaded D so far so good.I really think those enzymes are doing the trick thank you for the ones who suggested that I start taking them I'm going to keep taking them for as long as possible.Besides the fact that I've been having a little constipation I'm waiting till I have a really healthy good bm I've been having them but not been happy about them cause I still feel they should have been a hearty good movement you know the kind where you know you done and wont have another one lol.Other then that Im chilling at home in front of the tv and computer back on my diet that is supposed to help me have good bms that is what I'm waiting for a good poop lol.Still have not gotten any good advice yet about taking a lot of probiotics all at once in one day going to ask my nutritionist and GI doctor about that one.I hope and pray once I start taking those probiotics that way I'll notice a huge difference in how I feel it's supposed to be the fastest way to get good bacteria in my gut by taking a lot of probiotics in one day hope it will be alright to.I wish you guy the best in digestive health and all my love. J :-)

Hey, I'm glad to hear some good news! It lifts my spirits to hear this...I think you'll find the probiotics will help some. I love 'em myself.

Start out gradually with the probiotics. Start with 1 pill a day and then move up (if you want) a week or so later. If you bombard your guts with an excessive amout right away, it can give you extra gas. This way, easing into it, it will give your body time to adjust. It's sort of the same technique for starting a fiber regimen.
Good luck! And, keep us posted.
