Has anyone noticed a difference in their bowels since the Digestive Advantage Switch? Just wondering. I have been taking the new formula for a while now and don't think that it what is causing the problem but I am not sure.

I had started an exercise program, chiropractor adjustments and the Digestive Advantage and seemed to be all but cured. Lately I have been having to come off and on of Zyrtec-D for allergies which can stop you up. Also, I been slacker on my exercise and the chiropractor has been out of town. So maybe it a combination of things.

I have had two block ups this week followed by major clear outs. One this past Wed and one today (my birthday!!!) The first one brought some pain but nothing like today's which has brought sweats, nausea, back pain and cramping with gas. I also had a small attack last week as well. This really concerns me as don't want to head down this path again!!!

Anyone have any ideas about what might have cause this flair up? And yes, there is a lot of stress in my life, but some good stuff too!!!
Always grateful for the blessings I do have!
