I've been trying to stay strong but it gets hard sometimes IBS seems to always get the best of me I've been having some bad days lately with my symptoms.I am counting down the days till my next G.I. appointment I'm looking forward to it.I have so many issues that I need to let my doctor know what I've been going through that I hope will get resolved.I've been having no luck with keeping my symptoms from acting up and I want to be tested for Candida and see if I could be put on a new medication that will keep me from getting diharrea so frequent. One thing I know I've not been doing is eating five small meals a day and adding more fiber to my diet besides getting it from cooked veggies and beans.I need relief and fast this is so draining and exhausting for me I want to feel happy again which has been years since I've really been happy with my life. All because of IBS but I have my faith and I feel with all my heart my Lord will heal me from this he just has to I do not know how much I can bear.Other then that I'm staying focused I have goals I want to accomplish and dreams that I want to live out like I've said before I wont let IBS win. :-)

I am so sorry to read that you're going through I tough time right now. IBS can really wear you down mentally and physically. I was down in the dumps big time a few years ago when my IBS was at its worse. This site really helped me manage my symptoms and gave me lots of support. It was a lifesaver. I hope that it will do the same for you.

When is your doc appt?
