I tried apple cider vinegar to help aid digestion and break down fats. It worked well for that purpose but didn't really improve my cramping or gas. It is certainly worth a try! Good luck.
I take it in a pre made anti inflammatory drink called Haldi, it has allowed me to come off of prednisone and other meds I take for my ulcerative colitis/GERD, it seems to work with the whole digestive tract. A good friend of mine swears by it for her IBS as well, check out haldi4health if you want any more info. The best thing I like about it is the wild berry flavor that also contains the apple cider vinegar actually tastes good. Anyway, good luck and I hope you feel better.
