When I  was first  diagnosed with IBS I looked up the symptoms, etc. etc., and I read about how people with IBS become a little "obsessed" in observing their stool......the shape and size of our stool, anyone with IBS,  tells us more about the state of our health than any test in the doctors office...
 
There are 7 catagories of stool, which I experience all in a month!
 
so I have to ask, anybody else check the bowel to see how they are doing? wink
It seemed like a good idea at the time

LOL Actually, it's quite common for many of us to inspect the toilet bowl after we go. I think Keriamon has mentioned it a few times. Sorry to finger you, Keri! *heehee* Anyway, it's gross, but it's true.
