I was wondering if I should be bringing anything along with me? I've been reading around and thought maybe I should keep a diary of my symptoms with a food diary and what not up until my appointment to show the doc? I going (finally) to ask about the trouble I've been having with my tummy and constant D. I've always had a nervous stomach that would lead to D, but for the past two years or so I rarely had a normal stool and Imodium is always in the house and in my pocketbook. I know, I've waited much too long, but I'm going. I just assumed this was something that comes along with my anxiety, but it happens far too frequently to be just anxiety related. Thanks!!
"Dwell not on the past. Use it to illustrate a point, then leave it behind. Nothing really matters except what you do now, in this instant of time. From this moment onward you can be an entirely different person, filled with love and understanding, ready with an outstretched hand, uplifted and positive in every thought and deed." Eileen Caddy
