New to forum arena, searching for possible GB symptoms.

As for Acid Reflux & diarreah, my other post today will tell about the AR. As for Acid stomach or D, I used to love Immodium & took it often.  Now, I use Activated Charcoal. I get it from the healthfood store. I have Charcoal with me at all times! Drugstore depts DO NOT carry it.  Especially when stress triggers my IBS.

It's used for traveling to different countries, in case you get bad bacteria in the drinking water! It's a black capsule. It will bind you. It sucks up acid too. There are no side effects if you take too many, other than constipation. However, it will deminish (suck up) other drugs that you take. So take them hours apart.

I also take it before bed, to prevent a hangover (not often), if I've had too much wine. (3 glasses... I'm a cheap drunk).

I discovered Charcoal about 15 yrs ago. My daughter was treated for alcohol poisoning at a hospital & she had to drink Liquid Tar... to absorb it all!  Charcoal is much easier!

Maybe I should try one today for this "possible" GB attack that's keeping me hostage & limping! idea I do have an acidy stomach now that i think about it!
WCT/wondering & waiting !

"Charcoal like"novelty things are also sold over the counter - As hangover cures! However, it's better to be taken before bed & the dreaded next morning.
They will constipate if u take more than 1.
