best probiotics for constipation

please i need help bad bloating constipation which ones good
i have a product called natures aid right now ant one else  used it

You might also want to start taking a fibre supplement daily as well, that's what my GI told me to do when he saw me last for my crohn's he suspected I have IBS as well and the fibre supplements have definitely helped with both my CD and IBS along with probiotics (I use primadophilus reuteri made by natures way).

Both probiotics and fibre supplements should be taken daily and indefinitely, regular exersise is also key with having IBS.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)

A probiotic is not going to relieve your constipation. It may help in the future but if you are constipated now take a laxative and get rid of what is backing you up. Get rid of the bloat, gas and whatever is in you. Probiotics help with digestion which in turn may help with constipation but they won't relieve it.
