Sorry it took me so long to post the results.  Three days after my scoping, my Mom was admitted to the hospital and had to have emergency surgery to remove her gall bladder before it exploded!  Then my God Mother had spinal surgery three days after my Mom came home, and they messed up, paralyzing her from the chest down.  It's been a CRAZY month!!!

But the results from my endoscopy and colonoscopy came back and everything looks fine.  The ONLY abnormality they were able to find is that I have a J-shaped stomach, but that's aparently "within normal variance" and wouldn't be the cause of all my problems.  There was no h-pylori, no ulcers, no pollyps, no swelling...nothing.  Just my weird J-shaped stomach and a small amount of irritation to my stomach, which is was probably due to having an empty tummy and being a ball of nerves.

I have an appointment to go talk to my doctor again on November 18th.  He put me on Nexium and it's made me feel worse.  I was doing great on just the Reglan, but after he added Nexium I started feeling really sick again and have been in a lot of adominal discomfort.
Also, I recently found out there's a NAME for the constant gut-pain I'm in: Visceral Hypersensitivity.  I can literally feel my guts all the time and they hurt pretty much all the time.  Every gurgle, every bubble, every time I eat and the food starts moving through me...I can feel it and it feels awful!  I'd never mentioned it before because I thought if you had IBS you can feel your guts and that they hurt.  But apparently it's a symptom all by itself, so...back I go to talk about that a little more.

I'm starting to get really nervous because all of my symptoms are real, but no tests can explain it, and the more I look into it, the more I keep finding articles on fibromyalgia and other neurological syndromes...which scares the daylights out of me!  I'd always chalked my constant aching and pains up to having been a wreckless kid...but apparently I should have gotten better at some point if I hurt myself as a kid?  I don't know... all I know is that I'm tired of doctors telling me all the tests came back normal and they can't tell me why I'm in pain and feel nauseated ALL the time.

At least the Reglan really helps with the gastric emptying and I've gotten some relief so I can EAT again!  Constant pain I can cope with, but the hunger coupled with nausea AND being in constant paint was just torture!!

oxox,
Mae

27yo Female, diagnosed with IBS in 2002.  Suffered for years without relief or help from doctors until I started working with a new GI in Aug '08.  Now I'm currently taking 5mg of Reglan before each meal and before bed.  Seems to be helping so far...Keep those fingered crossed!!
