Hey everyone hope you all are well just coming to share with you how I've been doing alright hanging in there staying strong. One of the at home test that I took the real important one for the small intestine I need to take over AAAAHHHH!!!!!! I ended up messing up on that one wrote down the wrong time for when I took a test sample. So they sent me another test kit and I need to call someone at the lab to explain in detail how to do it right so I do not have any mishaps.I just wanted to be done with it and just get to know the results but hopefully the second time will be the last and done right.

I'm meeting with my nutritionist on Monday going to update her on how my diet has been going lately I've gone back to the foods that I cant have do to IBS like cheese burgers and french fries. I just eat them with digestive enzymes and things seem to settle ok but having those foods again really hit the spot cause I was craving them for the longest time and it was so statisfying lol anyways I'll keep you guys updated on things when hopefully I'll be getting some good news keep me in your prayers all my best take care. :-)

There are times, nothing but a cheeseburger and fries will satisfy me. Same with pizza. I can only be deprived so long.

Sorry to hear about your need for round 2 on the small intestine test. Hopefully everything will go smoothly this time around. Good luck and keep us posted!
about your cravings for no-no foods... I'm with you and Canyon. I just have to cave every now and then. I haven't had a burger in a couple years, but I do cave on other things like desserts & deep fried goodies, and coffee & alcohol. Boy do I pay for it though. Sometimes it's just worth it.

The other night I had such bad indigestion and stomach pain from gas and was going out to eat. I decided I was so bad then I may as well go for it so had Fried shrimp, fries and onion rings. I took a Peppermint, fennel, ginger pill before I ate. I forgot my usual stuff. Guess what I had absolutely no problems with anything the rest of the night. I did eat some Rolaids when I got home which I have started to do. Anyway, it was a welcome surprise and proved to me that there is more than food involved in my problem but I do find those pills very effective for me for gas and indigestion.
