Hey everyone I hope you all are well I'm just coming to update you all on how I've been doing trying improve my digestive health.First off let me just say that I've been feeling good lately and even better today after going to an appointment with my new doctor that I see at an holistic health center. The doctor gave me the results of one of the at home test for Candida I already knew from my nutritionist that it came back negative for Candida. So that was good I know that's not the problem for all the agony that I've been going through it was a urine test and he found something in my urine that was questionable I forgot the name of it but it's something that happens when there is a lack of a nutrient in my body.He found in my blood work that lacking a lot of beneficial vitamins and he asked if I take vitamins and I told him I'm unable to take the regular multivitamin pills because their harsh on my stomach even taking them with food.I told him the only type of vitamin that I've able to tolerate are the childeren's Flintstones vitamins but he said taking those will not give me enough of vitamins that my body needs. So asked about
liquid vitamins but he thought that a good way that I can get these vitamins if I get them by infusion iv getting the nutrients that way.He said by doing it that way he'll want to see if things will change in my digestive system cause those vitamins are essential for good digestive health and repair my stomach and digestive system.
I was so freakin happy when I heard this cause it made a lot of sense my body needs vitamins nutrients for a healthy body when the body is lacking them things are all messed up.I felt so hopeful and was ready to start the procedures once a week. Then I got the bad news the kind of insurance that I have will not cover the cost of the procedure cause these are nutrients that I'm getting not medications.I will have to pay out of my own pocket for the cost of each session starting from 75 dollars to 120 dollars for each infusion. So once a week is out of the question he suggested if I maybe have it done every other week that way I may be able to afford it.He suggest just starting one session to see how I feel and he's hoping I'll feel much better as soon as possible. He also wants me to get another infusion of a nutrient called Glutathione he feels that may also help a great deal.I'm to also purchase vitamin D3 synergy pills and start taking those once a day with food and also another supplement called Carnitine Fumarate 1 cap 2 times a day with food and he feels this should also help with repairing my gut.He says that these should be easy on my stomach and not cause any stomach upset hopefully they wont.
I'm feeling so happy tonight words can not describe this is the best I've felt about
possibly getting back a real healthy digestive system.I have so much hope I just pray that things will turn out ok I know they will. The insurance coverage before I have to pay out of my pocket I'm going to have my primary care doctor to write up a really good letter to the insurance company about
why I need this done and it being beneficial for me and my health.I pray my insurance will say yes to coverage I'd rather get this done without it hurting my financial situation cause it's very scarce since I do not work and only collect Social Security which is barely enough to live on.If it turns out that I'll have to pay for them my self I'm willing to at least pay for a couple of them just so that I can start it and start feeling better.
Everyone please continue to keep me in your prayers that everything works out fine and I'm able to get my insurance to cover this procedure. The other day I felt kind of down just thinking to myself will I ever feel better where I'll be able to enjoy my life again and no longer suffer from the foods I eat.I heard a voice knowing it was from God telling me to have faith and I still have faith I must have faith cause I know he's working things out and has his hand in everything that I'm dealing with.I wish you all good digestive health and I will keep you guys updated on how things are working out all my best and love take care.
P.S. I forgot to mention that I've been taking Glutamine two times a day it seems to be holding off the dreaded D it's been awhile since I've had a dreaded episode of that I'm so happy.Glutamine I read helps the gut and also helps you to put on muscle weight so I'm hoping I'll see results another seven more weeks of taking Glutamine and I'll see if I've put on any weight.I recommend this for anyone dealing with D all my best again.
