please lactose free or goats milk

i have ibs c with major bloating trapped gas
i dont like or it dont like me soya or rice milk
so witch would be best goats or lactose free please help me

Try Almond Milk, vanilla flavored either sweetened or unsweetened. It is really good. you can try the lactose free as all stores have it but in the natural food section where the soy milk is you can find the Almond milk.

You can use lactaid milk, it's a little sweeter tasting than regular milk...or you can take primadophilus reuteri probiotics made by natures way, everyday (and indefinitely of course) because it aids with lactose intolerance and probiotics are helpful for IBS anyways so you'd be killing 2 birds with one stone. It's done wonders for my severe lactose issues and helped both my IBS and crohn's.

My bum is broken....there's a big crack down the middle of it! LOL :)

My Doctor said it is not just the lactose but an enzyme in milk that as we age some people can't digest so try the lactaid and if that doesn't work try the Almond milk.
