I have had chronic hives for over a year now with treatment continuing. i have developed a harmless lump on the back of my leg also. all my joints crack loudly every time i move from my neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, hands to my hips, knees, and ankles, i am not sure what is causing this to get worse. i also have feelings of nausea about once a day, i feel randomly full, my hands go numb and get a cold sweat randomly even when the weather is nice. and most recently i seem to have developed something with my right ribs. i have a popping feeling that happens when i breathe heavily or i push on it. Any insight on the rib situation? or the whole thing? i do have a future doctors appointment.

The popping in the rib is not uncommon. I had it for years and eventually it just went away. Stop pushing on it. I don't think anything you have is related to IBS though but you should see a neurologist or rhematologist. The hives can be stress related.
