Do certain foods seem to upset you more? I would maybe make a food diary for a week or so and see which foods upset you more and try to eliminate them from your diet. Also, mirilax is a great laxative thats very gentle. If you take a small dose a couple times a week regularly for a couple weeks it will probably help. Also, taking a soluble fiber supplement can help to regulate your bowels. Some different options are fiber choice(chewables), benefiber(powder). If you need immediate relief, ive found that the best thing that works to create a bowel movement quickly is peri-colace. It is a stimulant and fiber laxative in one.
