Have you tried eliminating all grains, yeast and processed/refined sugar for a while, as well? Were you ever on antibiotics before your symptoms began? If so, you may have a fungal/yeast condition and you would need to kill the fungus by eliminating those foods for awhile....or perhaps you have a gluten intolerance.Do you avoid artificial sugars? Do you take probiotics, which will keep the bowel flora balanced? If I eat yeast in any amount, I get gas and often D the following day. Ever one is different, so one can't tell you what you "should" eat or not eat. However, people have been helped avoiding foods like grains and sugar.
