Hey sorry for crude language, but after a bm sometimes it feels incompletely evacuated and i was wondering how long does this feeling last with other ibs sufferers? it almost feels like my anus wont close its just still open and there is pressure to poop but there is nothing to poop out? what gives should i eat more fiber? when it happens the feeling lasts for hours

Definitely more fibre and water may help, probiotics daily and indefinitely may help tons as well, since I started using probiotics daily I haven't had incomplete evacuation issues.

:)

I deal with incomplete evacuation of my bms I do not understand why all of my stools that need to come out do not come out in one sitting on the toilet lol.Really I hate having to go back to the bathroom minutes later to move more of my bowels but doing this after the third or fourth trip I do not feel the urge to move anymore bms. Before IBS I just had one bm I do not understand how this has changed it's like the bms want to come out when they want to lol taking their dam time to come out lol.I'm just happy that I'm having bms it was worst in the past when I dealt with chronic constipation.
